The 4" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve features an aluminum bronze disc and is designed with dual spring-loaded discs that ensure quick, silent closure. The elastomer seats create a positive seal against backflow, allowing installation in any orientation—vertically or horizontally. The durable ductile iron body facilitates easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges, while its compact design is lighter and requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. The split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. This valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 300 PSI, and it is not suitable for steam service, with a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
