The 4" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve features dual spring-loaded discs that assure quick, silent closure, and elastomer seats that create a positive seal against backflow. It can be installed vertically or horizontally in any orientation. The durable ductile iron body is specifically designed for easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges, while the compact body design is lighter and requires less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. The split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. This valve has a working pressure of 300 PSI (CWP) and is not suitable for steam service (WSP), with a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
