The 10" T-303 OS & Y cast iron gate valve features an outside-screw-and-yoke stem design that provides a visual reference to the disc wedge position and enhances durability compared to non-rising stem designs, with external stem threads that are not exposed to media flow. It includes Class 125/150 flange-type end connections and boasts an IBBM design, which incorporates an iron body, bronze mount, and bronze seat and wedge sealing rings. The solid wedge design ensures a positive drip-tight closure, while its durable cast iron construction resists pipeline stresses and distortion. All external surfaces are primed and dual-coat painted to offer corrosion resistance, and the valve is designed with full-flow waterways to minimize pressure drop. Its working pressure specifications are as follows: cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, and saturated steam (WSP) accommodates pressures of up to 125 PSI at temperatures reaching 450°F. The valve complies with interchangeability requirements with face-to-face dimensions that conform to ANSI/ASME B16.10 and flanged end connections that meet ANSI/ASME B16.1 class 125/150 standards. Additionally, it conforms to MSS SP-70 and is manufactured in an ISO-9002 accredited facility.
