The 6" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve is designed with dual spring-loaded discs that ensure quick and silent closure, while elastomer seats provide a positive seal against backflow. This ductile iron check valve can be installed in various orientations, either vertically or horizontally, and features a durable body that is easy to install between Class 125/150 companion flanges. Its compact design is lighter and occupies less installation space compared to traditional flanged swing check valves. Additionally, the split-disc and center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. The valve has a working pressure of 300 PSI for cold working pressure (CWP) and is not suitable for steam service, with a maximum service temperature of 180°F.
