The 12" T-312 ductile iron wafer check valve features a stainless steel disc and has dual spring-loaded discs that assure quick, silent closure. It includes elastomer seats that create a positive seal against backflow and can be installed vertically or horizontally, in any orientation. The valve's durable ductile iron body is designed for easy installation between Class 125/150 companion flanges. Its compact body design is lighter and requires less installation space than traditional flanged swing check valves, while the split-disc, center-torsional spring design minimizes pressure drop. The working pressure for non-shock applications has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 300 PSI, and it is not suitable for steam service with a saturated steam (WSP) specification. The maximum service temperature is 180°F.
