The Max-M22/33 ergonomic scissor lift table is designed to deliver an economical yet robust lifting solution, featuring a capacity of either 2,200 or 3,300 lb. with a vertical travel of 36 inches. This lift table boasts four standard top sizes, with additional sizes available upon request. Key features include magnetic controls with a 10-foot straight cord for easy operation, integral and retractable maintenance safety bars for secure access, and trapped rollers using 'Lift-Lok' technology to secure the top and base leg rollers for maintenance ease. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals for reduced friction and wear on the hydraulic cylinders, high-quality camrollers, pivot pins, and lifetime lubricated bearings, all contributing to enhanced durability. An internally mounted 1-1/2 HP 115 volt TENV motor powers the unit, along with NEMA constant pressure controls housed in a prewired control box that contains a contactor and control transformer. The hard chrome plated, polished shafting and hydraulic cylinder piston rods, along with surface degreasing and a safety yellow and blue finish, ensure robust performance. Additionally, S.A.E. hoses and fittings are integrated, and the table includes an internal gear pump with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, as well as hydraulic oil and a filter for optimal operation. The product conforms to or exceeds ANSI MH 29.1-1994 and meets AWS standard service requirements.
