The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries through its ergonomic design, ensuring that the work load remains at an optimal height. This lift table is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs, with a vertical travel range spanning from 24" to 60", making it suitable for various applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can operate for 15 minutes every hour, and trapped rollers secured with 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access. It is equipped with Teflon seals to extend cylinder life, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord (connector not included). The design incorporates cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA-1 prewired controls including a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system features hard, chrome-plated polished shafting, an internal gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves, and the kit also includes hydraulic oil and a filter. The table is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and its smooth steel top is highlighted with yellow and black safety strips.
