The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to reduce awkward bending and lifting, ensuring that the work load is always at the correct level, which minimizes the possibility of back injuries and enhances productivity. It is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for most applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for ease of servicing, an intermittent duty 1.5 HP motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, trapped rollers for maintenance access, and Teflon seals to extend cylinder life. The lift table is equipped with a NEMA constant pressure control station, internal stops in cylinders, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. It also features prewired controls and electrical connectors housed in a control box that includes a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The construction includes hard, chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods, a smooth steel top with safety strips, and an internal gear pump with essential valves. The package includes hydraulic oil and filter. The lift table is also finished with safety yellow and blue enamel to ensure visibility and safety.
