The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while reducing the risk of back injuries by ensuring the workload is always at the correct height. It is available in a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb and offers a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. The table features Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor for medium and high cycle applications, and Teflon seals that extend cylinder life by reducing friction. It utilizes trapped rollers with 'Lift-Lok' technology for secure maintenance access, NEMA constant pressure controls with a magnet-backed up-down push button control station, and internally mounted cylinders with stops. Additional features include a hydraulic system with an internal gear pump, check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods, and safety restraint maintenance bars. The lift table also comes equipped with S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA - 1 prewired controls, and is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel for visibility. It includes hydraulic oil and a filter as part of the package.
