The Max-M22/33 ergonomic scissor lift table features a robust construction with a 2,200 or 3,300 lb. capacity and a 36" vertical travel, making it a competitive option in the market. It is available in four standard top sizes, with additional sizes available upon request. Notable features include magnetic controls with a magnetic backed control box for easy operator access, integral and retractable safety bars for secure access, and trapped rollers that secure the top and base leg rollers for maintenance ease. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals for reduced friction and wear, resulting in longer cylinder life and faster stroke speeds. The unit incorporates high-quality camrollers, pivot pins, and life-time lubricated bearings, alongside a 1-1/2 HP 115 volt TENV motor, NEMA constant pressure controls, and a control box containing a contactor and control transformer. The hydraulic system includes an internal gear pump, check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, with S.A.E. hoses and fittings. The surface is finished in safety yellow and blue, with a smooth steel top featuring yellow and black safety stripes. The package includes hydraulic oil and a filter, and the construction meets AWS standards while also conforming to ANSI MH 29.1-1994.
