Constructed with 100% ripstop polyester and a water-resistant PU coating, this cooler jacket is designed to withstand harsh conditions while allowing for full movement and dexterity. It features 200g of 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation, providing effective heat retention in extreme cold temperatures ranging from -10°F to -50°F (-23°C to -46°C). The Thinsulate™ insulation is 30% thinner than standard poly fill while offering superior thermal retention and longevity. The N-Ferno® 6476 has a clo rating of 2.59, indicating significant insulating ability, and is suitable for moderate work levels in temperatures as low as -50°F (-46°C) for up to 5 hours, which can extend to an 8-hour workday at -45°F (-43°C). Additionally, minimizing washing can prolong the garment's life.
