Achieve a smooth, professional finish with Rust-Oleum® Sierra Performance™ Beyond™ Acrylic Enamel, a water-based formula that contains low VOCs, low HAPs, and low solvent odor, making it ideal for environments such as schools and cafeterias where paint fumes can be a concern. This versatile epoxy system is suitable for direct-to-metal (DTM) applications, direct-to-tightly adhered rust, concrete floors, pools, and more. It features a high solids, next-generation polyamine converted epoxy that minimizes prep work and allows for application directly to metal and rust. The product is self-priming, with a single coat offering service life equivalent to multiple coats of competitive epoxy, and provides maximum corrosion protection alongside superior long-term solvent, chemical, and abrasion resistance, as well as outstanding impact resistance. It has a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio of base to activator and works with all activators, including standard, immersion, low temperature, or fast cure, with VOC levels below 340 g/L or 250 g/L. Key features include superior resistance to chipping, cracking, and peeling, excellent color retention, quick drying in 30 minutes, moisture imperviousness, and easy cleaning and sanitization. This product is suitable for both interior and exterior use on primed or painted metal, concrete, masonry, wood, drywall, and tile, while also meeting USDA requirements for incidental food contact.
