The 120-volt Servue™ touchless refrigerated slide-in is designed to create a fresh food bar experience by serving as a self-contained refrigerated cabinet that replaces open salad bars in the space of a 4-well drop-in. It features well-lit insulated glass doors that showcase ingredient freshness while maintaining food-safe temperatures in covered canisters, which also help reduce contaminants and waste. This innovative unit includes a touchless, self-serve design that automatically dispenses predetermined portions, while still allowing remaining food to be stored in configurable covered canisters. The refrigeration chamber is engineered to capture cold air for maximized efficiency, and integrated canisters eliminate the need for serving utensils and breath guards. It is equipped with two sets of sensors for efficient, simultaneous dispensing and offers eight interchangeable canisters in two sizes for customization. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit includes a condensate evaporator that requires no drain. Its compact footprint is ideal for a 4-well drop-in configuration, with specifications including 15 amps, 60 Hz, and a NEMA 5-15P plug, while utilizing R513A refrigerant. The Servue™ is NSF listed and comes with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, alongside an additional four years on the compressor.
