The SC Preferred 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features adjustable open shelves that can be set at 1" increments and allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing, with double rivet button stud construction locking the perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The wire decking promotes ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through easily, enhancing fire safety. The shelves have a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and require no bolts, nuts, or clips for assembly, using snap-in components instead for easy set-up.
