The Checkers™ Heavy-Duty AT3514-AC-Y Wheel Chocks for all-terrain ground vehicles are constructed from highly durable, lightweight high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and come equipped with replaceable aluminum base plates that feature posi-grip cleats or anti-slip rubber traction pads. Designed for use with underground mining equipment, firefighting vehicles, and large utility vehicles, these wheel chocks accommodate tire sizes ranging from 36" to 46" (116.8 cm) in diameter and can support a gross vehicle operating weight of up to 150,000 lbs. (68,039 kg). Key features include ANSI compliant color guidelines for proper chocking procedures, compliance with SAE-J348, NFPA 1901, and NFPA 1906 standards, and third-party testing for compliance. The chocks are resistant to oils, fuels, and solvents, feature a recessed carrying handle on the backside, include mounting holes for ropes, chains, or brackets, and provide safety color visibility.
