The Guardian U-Lift tables incorporate comprehensive safety features from the low-profile Guardian series lift tables, designed for versatility in tall pallet applications and accommodating different operator heights. The "U" shaped low-profile design is specifically crafted for handling wire baskets, containers, and both plastic and wooden open bottom pallets, enabling loading with a 21" wide manual or electric pallet truck without requiring a loading ramp. This design eliminates installation costs associated with floor pits and removes potential tripping hazards. The kit includes a low-tension (24V) control box equipped with up-down buttons, an electric circuit reset button for safety perimeter activation, and an external power pack featuring an overload relief valve, along with 8' long hoses. Additional specifications include a compensated flow valve for controlled lowering speed, an upper limit switch, single acting cylinders with a drainage system, a check valve to prevent lowering in case of hose bursts, safety clearance between scissors to avert trapping, mechanical blocks for secure maintenance operations, self-lubricating bushings on pivot points, and removable lifting eye(s) to assist with installation. The table operates on standard 115 voltage single phase and meets or exceeds both U.S. (ANSI) and EU safety standards.
