The Max-Double Long scissor lift system is designed for applications requiring significant load capacity with a double long scissor design that minimizes overhang risks. This robust system features two scissor lifts integrated into one frame assembly, with tops available ranging from 8 to 16 feet, and custom lengths and widths can also be accommodated. The lift is powered by an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, operating at a control voltage of 115V. Key components include a NEMA constant pressure magnet backed up-down push button control station with a 10' cord, UL and/or CSA compliant controller components, cylinders with internal stops, a 10' power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA - 1 controls and electrical connectors. The control box is equipped with a contractor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, while the hydraulic system utilizes hard, chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods, and finishes that include degreased, descaled surfaces coated in safety yellow and blue enamel. The lift features a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips, along with an internal gear pump that incorporates a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. Additionally, the kit includes hydraulic oil and a filter to ensure optimal operation.
