The Guardian U-Lift tables incorporate the safety features of the Guardian low-profile series lift tables, offering enhanced flexibility for tall pallet applications and accommodating operator height differences. The "U" shaped low-profile design is specifically engineered for handling wire baskets and both plastic and wooden open bottom pallets. The table allows for the loading and unloading of pallets using a 21" wide manual or electric pallet truck without the necessity of a loading ramp, thereby reducing installation costs by eliminating the requirement for a floor pit and minimizing any potential tripping hazards associated with ramps. Key features include compliance with U.S. (ANSI) and EU safety standards, a safety perimeter on the upper platform to prevent descent upon contact, a low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, an electric circuit reset button, and an external power pack equipped with an overload relief valve and 8' long hoses. The system also includes a compensated flow valve for controlling lowering speed, an upper limit switch, single acting cylinders with a drainage system, a check valve to halt descent in case of hose burst, safety clearances between scissors to prevent trapping during operation, mechanical blocks for safe maintenance, self-lubricating bushings on pivot points, and removable lifting eye(s) for easy installation. The unit operates on a standard 115 voltage single phase.
