The Guardian U-Lift tables incorporate all the safety features of the Guardian series lift tables while providing a low-profile design that enhances flexibility for tall pallet applications and accommodates operator height differences. The "U" shaped low-profile table is specially designed for handling wire baskets, containers, and plastic or wooden open bottom pallets, allowing loading with a 21" wide manual or electric pallet truck without requiring a loading ramp, thereby reducing installation costs by eliminating the need for a floor pit and minimizing potential tripping hazards. Key features include a safety perimeter on the upper platform to prevent descent upon contact, a low-tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, an electric circuit reset button, an external power pack with a relief valve against overloading, a compensated flow valve for controlling lowering speed, 8' long hoses, an upper limit switch, single acting cylinders with a drainage system, a check valve to prevent lowering in case of hose burst, safety clearance between scissors, mechanical blocks for maintenance operations, self-lubricating bushings on pivot points, and removable lifting eye(s) for easier installation of the lift table. The unit operates on a standard voltage of 115V single phase and meets and exceeds both U.S. (ANSI) and EU safety standards.
