Each lift table in the Guardian series is designed to meet and exceed U.S. (ANSI) and European safety standards. They are suitable for both above-floor and in-floor applications. The key features include an aluminum safety bar that prevents descent upon contact with obstructions, a low tension (24V) control box with up-down buttons, and an electric circuit reset button to reactivate the table after the safety perimeter is triggered. The internal power pack is equipped with a relief flow valve to ensure controlled lowering speed, while self-lubricating bushings at pivot points enhance durability. The single acting cylinders provide an added safety measure, stopping the lift table from lowering in the event of a hose burst. Additional safety features comprise a safety clearance between scissors to prevent trapping during operation, mechanical block bars for maintenance, and a removable lifting eye for easy handling and installation.
