The double wide scissor assembly is designed for wider tops that cannot be achieved with a single scissor design, allowing for enhanced capacity and edge loading. The kit includes a 1.5 HP intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, which operates at 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60, with a control voltage of 115V. The system features a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a choice of a 10' straight or coiled cord, with all controller components meeting UL and/or CSA specifications. It also includes cylinders with internal stops, a 10' power cord (connector not included), and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. The assembly utilizes S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and the NEMA - 1 prewired controls and electrical connectors ensure ease of installation. The control box is equipped with a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. Additional attributes include hard, chrome plated, polished shafting, hydraulic cylinder piston rods, and surfaces that are degreased, descaled, and finished with safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top is accented with yellow and black safety strips, while the internal gear pump is furnished with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. The kit also includes hydraulic oil and filter.
