The double wide assembly consists of two scissor assemblies welded into one frame, designed to provide wider tops not possible with a single scissor configuration. A standard rule indicates that the table top cannot exceed 2 feet in width beyond the base frame; for instance, a 48" wide base table can accommodate a maximum top width of 72". However, with a double wide 48" base, the top can extend up to 12 feet wide, offering benefits such as increased capacity and edge loading. This kit includes an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, 115V operating control voltage, NEMA constant pressure, and a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' straight or coiled cord. All controller components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications, and the system features cylinders with internal stops, a 10' power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. Additionally, the NEMA - 1 prewired controls and electrical connectors are included, and the control box comprises a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system features hard, chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods, with surfaces degreased, descaled, and finished in safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top is equipped with yellow and black safety strips, and the internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, along with hydraulic oil and filter.
