The Max-Double Long scissor lift is designed for applications requiring extended load capacity, featuring a double long scissor design that enhances edge, side, and maximum load capacities by incorporating an additional set of scissor arms. Constructed within a single frame assembly, the lift accommodates tops ranging from 8 to 16 feet, with options for custom lengths and widths. The system includes an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor and operates on a 115V control voltage. The control station is equipped with a magnet-backed up-down push button and a 10-foot straight or coiled cord, while all electrical components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications. Additional features include cylinders with internal stops, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA-1 prewired controls with electrical connectors. The control box is equipped with a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods are constructed of hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting, with the surfaces degreased, descaled, and finished in safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top is marked with yellow and black safety strips and is supported by an internal gear pump, complete with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and comes with hydraulic oil and a filter.
