Max-Tilt tables are engineered for applications that benefit from tilting the load, providing enhanced access to the product. These tables are available with either a 45° or 90° tilt option. The 45° models operate with electric hydraulic power to tilt up and utilize gravity for tilting down, whereas the 90° models feature double-acting cylinders, allowing powered operation both up and down. With weight capacities ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs., the Max-Tilt series is well-suited for a variety of applications. Each table includes a 5 HP triple duty internal motor, regreasable Zerk fittings at pivot points, and a ribbed steel reinforced platform deck. The tables operate on 115/230 single or 230/460 three-phase voltage, requiring a 30 amp dedicated circuit for 115 volts and come with a 10’ power cord (connector not included). They are equipped with a hydraulic gear pump, check and solenoid valve, filter, and velocity fuse. Additionally, features include a yellow top with a blue frame, a tilt limit switch, a push button magnetic back control box, a smooth steel deck with a 4” high lip on the hinge end, a high-quality chrome plated cylinder, a control box with magnetic starter transformer, thermal overload protection, and fuses in the control box. These tables are designed for surface or lift table mounting.
