The Max-Double Long is a sophisticated two scissor lift system designed for applications requiring extended load support, featuring a double long scissor design that mitigates the risk of damage and unsafe conditions associated with extreme overhangs on traditional single scissor lifts. This system accommodates tops ranging from 8 to 16 feet, with custom lengths and widths available. It is powered by an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, utilizing a 115V operating control voltage and NEMA constant pressure specifications. The lift comes equipped with a magnet-backed up-down push button control station featuring a 10-foot straight or coiled cord, and all controller components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications. Additional attributes include cylinders with internal stops, a 10-foot power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA - 1 prewired controls and electrical connectors. The control box contains essential elements such as a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, while the hydraulic system features hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods. The lift surfaces are degreased, descaled, and finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and the smooth steel top is highlighted with yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the package comes with hydraulic oil and a filter for immediate use.
