The double wide scissor assembly kit features two scissor assemblies welded into one frame, designed to accommodate wider tops that are not achievable with a single scissor. The kit allows for a maximum top width that can significantly exceed the width of a standard base; for instance, a 48" wide base can support a top width of up to 72", while a double wide 48" base can facilitate a top width of 12 feet. This design offers increased capacity and enhanced edge loading capabilities. The package includes an internally mounted 1.5 HP 115/230V-I-60 or 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, with a 115V operating control voltage. It features a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' straight or coiled cord, while all controller components comply with UL and/or CSA specifications. Additionally, the kit comprises cylinders with internal stops, a 10' power cord (connector not included), integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA - 1 controls and electrical connectors. The control box encompasses a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, while the hydraulic cylinder piston rods are made of hard, chrome plated, polished shafting. Surfaces are degreased, descaled, and coated with safety yellow and blue enamel, featuring a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the package also includes hydraulic oil and a filter.
