The MAX-LIFT scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity and safety by reducing the need for awkward bending and lifting, thus minimizing the risk of back injuries. This superior lifting solution is available in a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb, with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it versatile for various applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of running for 15 minutes each hour, trapped rollers for maintenance access, and Teflon seals that reduce friction and wear while enhancing speed and chemical resistance. It is equipped with an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, a NEMA constant pressure control voltage with a magnet-backed up-down push button control station featuring a 10' straight or coiled power cord. The hydraulic system includes cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA-1 prewired controls with a control box that contains a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hard, chrome plated, polished shafting of the hydraulic cylinder piston rods, alongside surfaces finished in safety yellow and blue enamel, contributes to the table's durability, while the smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips enhances visibility. An internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, solenoid valve, and included hydraulic oil ensures optimal performance.
