The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed for optimal efficiency and safety in lifting, reducing the risk of back injuries and promoting increased productivity by maintaining the workload at the correct height. It offers a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easier maintenance; a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications; and trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for easy access during maintenance. The table also utilizes Teflon seals to extend cylinder life, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and operates on 115V control voltage with a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station featuring a 10' power cord. Additional specifications comprise cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA-1 prewired controls, and electrical connectors, alongside a control box that includes a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system consists of a hard chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rod, an internal gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves, and it comes pre-filled with hydraulic oil. The smooth steel top is enhanced with yellow and black safety strips while the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel for visibility and compliance.
