The Max-Lift scissor lift table offers a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and features a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for various applications. It includes Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor, and a 115V operating control voltage. Key features include trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access, Teflon seals that enhance cylinder life by reducing friction and wear, and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. The system is equipped with S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA - 1 prewired controls, and a control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system comprises an internal gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves, all housed within a smooth steel top that is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel and accented with yellow and black safety strips. The lift is supplied with hydraulic oil and features hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods.
