The Max-Lift is a superior scissors lift table designed to enhance the efficiency and safety of lifting in various applications, providing an impressive load capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". This lift table incorporates several advanced features, including Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing and extended lifespan, a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and Teflon seals that increase cylinder life and provide faster stroke speeds. It operates on a 115V control voltage with a NEMA constant pressure control station featuring a magnet backed push button and a 10' power cord. The design includes trapped rollers for maintenance access, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and internally mounted cylinders with stops. The unit is also equipped with S.A.E. hoses, prewired NEMA-1 controls, and an internal gear pump with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, all while ensuring compliance with safety standards through its polished hard chrome plated piston rods and safety yellow and blue enamel finish.
