The Max-Lift is a superior scissor lift table designed to enhance productivity and safety by minimizing awkward bending and lifting, ensuring that the workload is always at the correct level. It is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", accommodating various applications. This lift table features Zerk fittings on camrollers and pivot points for easy servicing, lasting longer than lifetime lubricated bearings. It includes a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, as well as trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals that extend cylinder life and provide faster stroke speeds, alongside an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor. The system operates on a 115V control voltage with a NEMA constant pressure push button control station and a 10' power cord. Additional features include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, prewired NEMA - 1 controls, and a control box containing essential electrical components. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods are made of hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting, while the smooth steel top features yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the package is complete with hydraulic oil.
