The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries by keeping the workload at an ergonomic height. It supports capacities ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lb with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for various applications. The unit features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of operating 15 minutes per hour for medium to high cycle applications, and captured 'Lift-Lok' trapped rollers for maintenance access. It employs Teflon seals to extend cylinder life by reducing friction and wear, and its internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor works with a 115V operating control voltage. The control system includes a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord, and safety measures include cylinders with internal stops and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. Additionally, the lift table is equipped with S.A.E. hoses and fittings, NEMA - 1 prewired controls, and electrical connectors, while the control box contains a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. It also features hard, chrome-plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods, a smooth steel top with safety strips, and an internal gear pump with valves. The kit includes hydraulic oil to ensure optimal performance.
