The Max-Lift scissor lift table is an advanced solution designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries through its effective height adjustment capabilities. It supports a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb and features a vertical travel range of 24" to 60". This model includes Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy maintenance, ensuring longevity beyond the typical lifetime lubricated bearings. It operates with an intermittent duty 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 TENV super torque motor, suitable for medium to high cycle applications, and has a 115V operating control voltage with NEMA constant pressure. The control system features a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Other key features include trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for easy maintenance access, Teflon seals that extend cylinder life and improve stroke speeds, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and a prewired NEMA - 1 control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system comprises an internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the lift table comes with hydraulic oil included. The surfaces are degreased, descaled, and finished with a safety yellow and blue enamel, while the smooth steel top is marked with yellow and black safety strips for added visibility.
