The Max-Lift scissors lift table is a superior lifting solution designed to enhance productivity and safety by keeping the workload at the correct height, thus minimizing awkward bending and lifting. It has a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for various applications. The table features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, an intermittently duty 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 TENV super torque motor designed for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers that simplify maintenance access. It incorporates Teflon seals to extend cylinder life by reducing friction, and the internals include cylinders with built-in stops and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. The control system operates at 115V with a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station, which includes a 10' power cord. The control box is prewired with NEMA-1 electrical connectors and contains a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system features S.A.E. hoses and hard chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods, with an internal gear pump equipped with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. The product includes hydraulic oil and is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, featuring a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips.
