The Max-Lift scissor lift table is engineered to enhance productivity and safety by minimizing awkward bending and lifting, keeping workloads at an optimal level. It is available in a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and features a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", accommodating a variety of applications. Key attributes include Zerk fittings on camrollers and pivot points for easy servicing, an intermittent duty motor with a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 rating suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers for maintenance access. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals that extend cylinder life and improve stroke speeds. It operates with a 115V control voltage and features a NEMA constant pressure magnet backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include internally mounted cylinders with stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA-1 controls that include a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods feature hard, chrome plated, polished shafting, while the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips enhances visibility.
