The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance workplace safety and productivity by minimizing awkward bending and lifting, with a load capacity that ranges from 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". This lift table features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy maintenance and extended service life, as well as a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications. The lift is equipped with trapped rollers secured by the 'Lift-Lok' system for easy access during maintenance, Teflon seals that reduce friction and wear for longer cylinder life, and a robust internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. It operates on a 115V control voltage, with a NEMA constant pressure magnet-backed up-down push button control station featuring a 10' straight or coiled power cord. Other specifications include internally stopped cylinders, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and a control box with necessary electrical components. The lift table is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, has smooth steel tops with safety strips, and includes an internal gear pump with various valves, along with hydraulic oil for operation.
