The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while reducing the risk of back injuries by maintaining the work load at an optimal height, with a capacity range between 2,000 - 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV Super Torque motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for simplified maintenance access. Additionally, Teflon seals are utilized to extend cylinder life while reducing friction and wear, and the lift features internally mounted cylinders with stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. The control system is equipped with NEMA - 1 prewired controls, a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord, and includes an internal gear pump with necessary safety valves. The polished hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods and smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips enhance durability and safety, while the surfaces are finished in safety yellow and blue enamel. The package includes hydraulic oil for operational readiness.
