The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed for optimal performance and efficiency, providing a load capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". This lift table features Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing and extended longevity compared to lifetime lubricated bearings. It incorporates a 15-minute intermittent duty motor, suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and has trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for easy maintenance access. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals to enhance cylinder life by minimizing friction and wear, allowing for faster stroke speeds and high chemical resistance. The unit includes an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor and operates on a 115V control voltage, complete with a magnet backed up-down push button control station and a 10' power cord. Additional specifications include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA - 1 controls with necessary electrical components. The hydraulic cylinder piston rods are hard, chrome plated, and polished, and the entire lift table is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top features yellow and black safety strips, and the internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. The kit also comes with hydraulic oil included.
