The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed for efficiency and safety, featuring a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". It includes Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing and longer life than lifetime lubricated bearings. The table is equipped with a 15-minute intermittent duty motor, suitable for medium and high cycle applications, and trapped rollers secured by a 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access. Teflon seals enhance cylinder life by reducing friction and provide faster stroke speeds, while the internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor operates at a 115V control voltage. The control system features NEMA constant pressure with a magnet-backed push button control station and a 10' straight or coiled power cord (connector not included). Additional specifications include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, pre-wired NEMA-1 controls and electrical connectors, hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods, and surfaces finished in safety yellow and blue enamel. The smooth steel top is detailed with yellow and black safety strips, and the internal gear pump includes a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve. The kit comes complete with hydraulic oil for immediate use.
