The Max-Lift scissor lift table offers a weight capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", ideal for a variety of applications. It features Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy maintenance, and a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications. The table is equipped with trapped rollers secured by the 'Lift-Lok' system for maintenance access when lowered. Teflon seals provide high chemical resistance and extend cylinder life by reducing friction. The internal specifications include a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor and a NEMA constant pressure control voltage of 115V. The control system features a magnet backed up-down push button control station with a 10' straight or coiled power cord (connector not included). Additional components include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA-1 controls and electrical connectors. The control box houses a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The construction features hard, chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods and surfaces finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump includes check and relief valves, and the system is supplied with hydraulic oil.
