The Max-Lift scissor lift table is engineered to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries by maintaining the workload at an optimal height. It is available in a capacity range of 2,000 - 6,000 lb with a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. The lift table features Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing and longer life than lifetime lubricated bearings. A 15-minute intermittent duty motor allows for operation of 15 minutes per hour, ideal for medium and high cycle applications. It includes trapped rollers secured by 'Lift-Lok' for easy maintenance access. The hydraulic system is enhanced with Teflon seals for reduced friction, leading to faster stroke speeds and high chemical resistance. The table is powered by an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, with a control voltage of 115V. The NEMA constant pressure magnet backed up-down push button control station comes equipped with a 10' straight or coiled power cord. Additional attributes include cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA - 1 controls. The control box houses a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. Constructed with hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods, the lift table features surfaces that are degreased, descaled, and finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips. The internal gear pump is equipped with a check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and it also includes hydraulic oil.
