The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries by ensuring that the workload is always at the correct level. It has a lifting capacity ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a wide variety of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of running 15 minutes every hour for medium to high cycle applications, and trapped rollers that secure top and base leg rollers while providing easy maintenance access. The unit is equipped with Teflon seals to extend cylinder life and enhance stroke speeds, and it operates with a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty super torque motor. Control features consist of a 115V NEMA constant pressure magnet backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord, internal stops in the cylinders, and integral safety restraint maintenance bars. The lift table utilizes S.A.E. hoses and fittings, comes with prewired NEMA - 1 controls and connectors, and includes key components like a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse within the control box. The hydraulic system features hard chrome plated, polished shafting on the piston rods and an internal gear pump with check, relief, and solenoid valves. Additionally, the unit comes with hydraulic oil, and the surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, complemented by a smooth steel top with yellow and black safety strips.
