The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries by keeping the workload at an ergonomic height. This superior lift table supports capacities ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs and offers a vertical travel span of 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy maintenance, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor capable of operating for 15 minutes every hour, and trapped rollers secured by the 'Lift-Lok' system for ease of maintenance. The unit is equipped with Teflon seals that enhance cylinder longevity by reducing friction, along with an internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. It operates on a 115V control voltage and includes a NEMA constant pressure magnet backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. The lift table is outfitted with internal cylinder stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, and S.A.E. hoses and fittings. Additionally, it features prewired controls and electrical connectors housed within a control box containing a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. Hydraulic components include hard chrome plated polished shafting and an internal gear pump with various valves. The top surface is smooth steel finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and the package includes hydraulic oil for immediate use.
