The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed for enhanced productivity and safety, significantly reducing the risk of back injuries by ensuring the workload is always at the correct level. This superior lift table has a capacity range of 2,000 to 6,000 lbs and offers a vertical travel range from 24" to 60", making it suitable for a variety of applications. Key features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, a 15-minute intermittent duty motor that can operate for 15 minutes every hour, and trapped rollers that secure top and base leg rollers for accessible maintenance. The lift table is equipped with Teflon seals to extend cylinder life and increase stroke speeds, along with internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor, and a 115V NEMA constant pressure control voltage. It features a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord, internal stops in the cylinders, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and NEMA-1 prewired controls including a control box with contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hard chrome plated hydraulic cylinder piston rods, smooth steel top finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve enhance the overall durability and functionality of the unit. The kit includes hydraulic oil for immediate operation.
