The Max-Lift scissor lift table is a superior lifting solution designed to enhance productivity while minimizing the risk of back injuries associated with awkward bending and lifting. It supports a load capacity ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 lb and offers a vertical travel range from 24" to 60". Features include Zerk fittings on cam rollers and pivot points for easy servicing, as well as a 15-minute intermittent duty motor suitable for medium and high cycle applications. The design incorporates trapped rollers secured with 'Lift-Lok' for maintenance access, Teflon seals for reduced friction and extended cylinder life, and internally mounted 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. It operates on a 115V control voltage with a magnet backed up-down push button control station, accompanied by a 10' straight or coiled power cord (connector not included). The system features cylinders with internal stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, and prewired NEMA - 1 controls with electrical connectors. The control box includes a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse, while the hydraulic components are protected by hard, chrome plated, polished shafting hydraulic cylinder piston rods. The surfaces are finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, and the smooth steel top features yellow and black safety strips. The kit also contains an internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, solenoid valve, and includes hydraulic oil.
