The Max-Lift scissor lift table is designed to enhance workplace productivity by minimizing awkward bending and lifting, with a capacity range from 2,000 to 6,000 lb and a vertical travel range of 24" to 60". This superior lift table features Zerk fittings on cam roller and pivot points for easy servicing and longevity, a 1.5 HP 230/460-3-60 intermittent duty TENV super torque motor that can operate for 15 minutes of every hour, and trapped rollers with 'Lift-Lok' for secure and accessible maintenance. It is equipped with Teflon seals that reduce friction and wear, promoting faster stroke speeds with high chemical resistance. Additional specifications include a 115V operating control voltage with a NEMA constant pressure control and a magnet-backed up-down push button control station with a 10' power cord. The lift table also features internally mounted cylinders with stops, integral safety restraint maintenance bars, S.A.E. hoses and fittings, prewired NEMA - 1 controls, and a control box that includes a contactor, control transformer, thermal overload, and fuse. The hydraulic system consists of an internal gear pump with check valve, relief valve, and solenoid valve, and the product is finished with safety yellow and blue enamel, while the smooth steel top has yellow and black safety strips. Hydraulic oil is included with the table.
