Powered by compressed air, with no rotating parts, no motors to spark or burnout, and no electric cords, PowerQuad™ vacuums generate superior vacuum suction while delivering substantial operating cost savings. The kit includes a vacuum generating head with a 2" vacuum inlet, an air supply shut-off valve with 1/2" FNPT, a 20/30/55-gal wire cage coalescing filter, a heavy-duty 18-gauge 20-gallon steel drum, a 1/2" x 12' air supply hose with 1/2" MNPT swivel connectors, a 2" x 10' standard duty vacuum hose, and a 4' steel wand with a 12" wide aluminum floor tool. PowerQuad™ vacuums are energy-efficient and powerful, consuming up to 70% less compressed air while delivering unparalleled vacuum suction, and feature advanced noise reduction with ultra-quiet operation at 88 dBA or less, which is 10-15 dB quieter than traditional vacuums. They are intrinsically safe, with no electric motors or risk of electrical sparks, making them safe for both wet and dry locations. The performance can be customized with three color-coded, easy-to-change injector nozzle sets to tailor the level of compressed air savings and vacuum suction. Featuring a proprietary design, the rugged diecast aluminum vacuum generating engine incorporates a unique 2-stage, multi-venturi design engineered for superior performance. PowerQuad™ vacuums are versatile, equipped with a liquid shutoff assembly suitable for both wet and dry applications, and are backwards compatible with all existing Guardair® pneumatic vacuum components, including drums, covers, attachments, and accessories.
