This vacuum is ideal for collecting chips, dust, debris, liquids, or sludge and features electrically bonded components, multiple grounding options, and static conductive attachments to eliminate static electricity and nuisance shocks at the source. Powered by compressed air, it has no rotating parts, electric motors to spark or burnout, and no electric cords, resulting in superior vacuum suction and significant operating cost savings. The kit includes a static conductive vacuum hose, static conductive air supply hose, and metal accessories. Key features include energy efficiency, consuming up to 70% less compressed air while delivering powerful suction, advanced noise reduction with ultra-quiet operation at 88 dBA or less, and intrinsic safety with no risk of electrical sparks, making it suitable for both wet and dry locations. Performance can be customized with three color-coded, easy-to-change injector nozzle sets for adjusting compressed air savings and vacuum suction levels. The proprietary design features a rugged, diecast aluminum vacuum generating engine with a unique 2-stage, multi-venturi design for superior performance. It is versatile, equipped with a liquid shutoff assembly for wet and dry applications, and is backward compatible with all existing Guardaire® pneumatic vacuum components, including drums, covers, attachments, and accessories.
