This dust extractor is ideal for use with source-capture tools and features button-activated technology that allows for on-demand filter cleaning without having to open the unit. It is designed to minimize operator exposure to harmful dust, complying with OSHA silica dust regulation 29 CFR 1926.1153. The unit includes electrically bonded components, multiple grounding options, and static conductive attachments to eliminate static electricity and nuisance shocks. Powered by compressed air, it operates without rotating parts, electric motors, or cords, providing superior vacuum suction and significant operating cost savings. The kit includes a static conductive vacuum hose, static conductive air supply hose, and a push dolly. Key features consist of energy efficiency, consuming up to 70% less compressed air while delivering unparalleled vacuum suction, advanced noise reduction with ultra-quiet operation at 88 dBA or less, and an intrinsically safe design without electric motors or cords for use in both wet and dry locations.
