Powered by compressed air with no rotating parts, no motors to spark or burnout, and no electric cords, PowerQuad™ vacuums generate superior vacuum suction while delivering substantial operating cost savings. The kit includes a vacuum hose, air supply hose, and accessories. The vacuum features energy-efficient operation, consuming up to 70% less compressed air while providing unparalleled suction, and operates at a noise level of 88 dBA or less, making it significantly quieter than traditional vacuums. With no electric motors, the unit is intrinsically safe for use in both wet and dry locations, and its performance can be customized with three color-coded injector nozzle sets to tailor compressed air savings and vacuum suction levels. The proprietary design includes a rugged, diecast aluminum vacuum generating engine with a unique 2-stage, multi-venturi design for superior performance, and it is versatile enough to handle both wet and dry applications due to the liquid shutoff assembly. Additionally, the PowerQuad™ is backwards compatible with all existing Guardaire® pneumatic vacuum components including drums, covers, attachments, and accessories. The package includes a PowerQuad™ 55-gallon vacuum generating head with a 2" vacuum inlet, an air supply shut-off valve with 1/2" FNPT, a 20/30/55 gal wire cage coalescing filter, a heavy-duty 19-gauge 55-gallon steel drum, a 1/2" x 12' air supply hose with 1/2" MNPT swivel connectors, a 2" x 10' standard duty vacuum hose, and a 4' steel wand with a 12" wide aluminum floor tool.
